Cobham Bowers – Pavilion
263 APARTMENTS, ROOF TERRACE, CO-WORKING SPACE, ENTRANCE LOUNGE, COMMUNAL SPACES

This important area of the building connects its residents with the interior architecture.
Cobham pavilion takes its colour palette from nature and seemlessly blends into its contemporary architectural structure. The residents lounge has been designed to create flexible areas of privacy and inclusion. The delicate bronze screening and internally illuminated bookcases decorate the space and they have been dressed with planting and colour in the furnishings. Flowing sculptures and table lamps set the scene for a warming ambience.
The residents lounge bar is finished with violet marble stone and complements the neutral tones of the scandinavian club lounge furntiure. The exercise section, overlooking the flint walled garden, is dressed in a Scandinavian style timber creating the perfect environment for pilates or group gatherings or spending time with friends.
The corridors linking the apartments have been painted in a calming palette contrasting with the stunning blue front door. Blue has been proven to evoke a feeling of calm, and feelings of happines. Just what you want to feel walking into your new home!
